Another day, another profile.

keep the dedication and humility while coming through the ranks, keep the head down, and listen to their managers, take one step at a time and flourish.
Such is the case of Fernando Valenzuela. A 17 years old, currently of Racing Club.
He was found by the scouts of that club, while playing for his local team, like you and i used to do.
He was invited to the Racing and his success was nearly instantenous.
In the first season with the youth division he scored 21 goals, and now he has started this season with 4 goals on his first game.
He has already been named on the Argentinian under 17´s squad and has started yesterday to train with Racing´s first team.
His managers say that this left footed “number 10” is a learner, who was born with an unbelievable skill, but has also taken on board everything they have ever told him. He does more gym work now, to build muscle mass, he has learnt to release the ball if another player is better positioned than him, and stays behind to do some resistance work.
All in all, he has great vision of the game, nearly impossible to take the ball away from him, twsits and turns as he dribbles by players and leaves them on their backsides with incredible ease.
He plays with his head always up to look for the pass or the shot at the best opportunity, and will be playing first division football, nearly sure by the beggining of 2015.
He is the kind of player that can capture the hearts of the Racing fans. Club who has, lately specialised on developing youth and converting them in good commodities for the club to sell and try to fill the nearly empty coffers.
Players who have recently came up the ranks, include, Vietto, Centurion, Nicolàs Oroz, Saveljich, Jose Luis Gomez, Alejandro Garcia, Campi, Cabral, Musso, And surely there will be more very soon.
A mixture between experienced players like Milito and Saja and the above mentioned younger ones, has worked wonders for Racing, as they are the current leaders of the Argentinian first division and have a good chance of winning the title.
This season has come too soon for Fernando Valenzuela, but i am sure he will be part of the team in the very near future.
